Manufacturer’s three-year limited warranty Safety Max continuous self-check panel: when heater is turned on, it runs a diagnostic check of all safety features. Panel indicates if a problem is detected and refers user to an on-product safety legend for corrective instructions.
Safety features include tip-over protection, automatic overheat protection, auto safety timer and contact sensor. Safety Max contact infrared sensor system shuts heater off if anything gets too close to the grille; automatically resets when obstruction is removed.
