This 2 Section Stainless Steel Buffet & Warming Tray server is great for entertaining at any special event. With the buffet warmer, your main courses, side dishes or desserts will stay warm. It comes with two individual stainless steel chafing dishes which hold 2.5 quarts. Each dish comes with clear dome PC lids. Each stainless steel chafing dish fits inside the pan holder, which can be removed so you can use the stainless steel warming tray alone. The stainless steel heating surface is durable and easy to clean. The warming tray has two cool-touch handles, four non-stick feet that offer stability, and three variable heat controls (low, medium, high).

This server is very handy and easy to use. It is limited to two dishes and not huge quantities, but each one will easily hold a whole roasted chicken, for example. It is very useful for small group buffets.
