You can fire 8 pellets (not BB's) as fast as you can pull the trigger. The barrel breaks in the back to expose a cylinder that holds up to 8 pellets. It's a winner.

Really like the design concept. Shoots very well. Be careful when using a 'new' CO2 cartridge. It is very powerful. Like the 8-shot feature. Would purchase again....if I wear this one out. Fun to shoot.
