I am using this product for homebrewing and really love it. It has no problem bringing the 10+ gallons of wort to a boil in a very short amount of time. I can also finally truly "stir fry" vegetables now also

The Camp Chef Outdoorsman performed exactly as described in the literature. It is a well built, rugged unit that should last many years. I was particularly impressed with the power the burners provided on the higher settings. A minor downside is the fact that the legs and wind guard are clumsy to remove and replace. I have used a unit with folding legs that I found much more convenient.
