The griddle is great! We had a crew of 7 at a camp out last month and this large griddle was a crucial component. I walked outside the bus one morning and my friends had it stacked high with mounds of delicious food. I almost fell over when I saw how much it would cook at once. I will buy another when this gets too scratched to use.
