This GSI 12" HADO is great! It performs comparable to my lodge, without the weight. So, it doesn't sink my kayak. Yes, it cleans up easily. But, you won't get that seasoned flavor in you food, sorry GSI. Sure, the 12" GSI has a smaller capacity than my 12" Lodge, but we always seem to make more than we can ever eat. Anyway, I like my GSI so much, I just bought a second one.
