How to enter: To enter online, complete the online form located at any one of our websites. All entries become the property of Internet Retail Connection, LLC and will not be returned. Incomplete entries are void. No responsibility is assumed for lost, mutilated, misdirected, or incomplete electronic entries for any reason.
A person is eligible to win more than one weekly prize. The more weeks you enter the sweepstakes, the greater your chances of winning the weekly prize.
Who can Win: This sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, excluding Puerto Rico and all other territories, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees and their household residents of Internet Retail Connection or any of its network affiliates, sponsors, or partner web sites are not eligible.
Entry Limits: Only natural persons may enter the contest, using his/her own unique email address; only one entry will be allowed in any 1-week period. Any attempt by a person to enter more than permitted will result in disqualification of the entrant, at the discretion of Internet Retail Connection, upon verification.
Odds of wining: Odds of winning any prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. This contest will be running on more than one website at the same time.
Disputes: Entrant agrees that all and any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate state or federal court located in the State of Louisiana, East Baton Rouge Parish, and be subject to the laws of the State of Louisiana. Should there be a conflict between the laws of Louisiana and any other laws, the conflict will be resolved in favor of the laws of the State of Louisiana.
Opt In: By entering Contest you understand that you opt in to receive email from Internet Retail Connection. You also agree to receive the email listing all prizewinners at the end of the promotion. You may opt out of the Internet Retail Connection email list at any time, by following opt-out instructions on any such emails.
Winners: One winner will be selected from all contest entries at random on a weekly basis received (electronically) on the previous week. Contest starting date/time is each Saturday at 12:01AM CST and ending date/time is each Friday at 11:59PM CST. We reserve the right to not select a winner if the number of entrants does not exceed 200.
Notification to Winner/Forfeiture of Prize: Each winner will be emailed a $25 gift certificate which has an active life of 30 days from date email is sent. Prize will be emailed immediately upon selection of winner.
